The Forum is temporarily disabled due to spamming. Until I can find a forum that is not so
easily accessible, I am posting the details here of what is needed to create the Virtual Sanctuary.
If you are interested in participating or have any questions about these details please feel free to email me, Miciella at; thesanctuaryoftheheart@gmail.com.
What I am trying to present here, is as much as I can to help create a 'visual profile' of what has thus, far been shown to me. I am very sure once those of you who are called to help bring this into a reality, there will be much, much more shown to all of us.
Thank you for your consideration and for taking the time to read through this.
VISUAL DESCRIPTION
This creation is calling for is a virtual Sanctuary in 3D graphics, with the capability to move through and around different rooms. Once the entrance doors open, guests will have the feeling they are virtually walking into the Sanctuary itself. First, they will be entering a fully detailed entrance rotunda. I see a domed ceiling, reflective tile flooring, beautiful walls, and doors leading to various areas.
The main focal point in the entrance hall is The Sanctuary icon. Which is the 12 pointed Lotus/Star with the symbols of the major religions on its petals, and the Heart in its center. Each petal is a point of entry to the room which is the place of worship for that religion. The Heart itself brings them directly into the center of the Sanctuary, which is the Soul of the entire creation.
The purpose of this draft is to share some of the details needed to create a picture in the minds of artists and programmers, so they will get a deeper understanding of what this sanctuary is about. If you are an artist, a programmer or anyone who feels they can contribute in any form, I invite you to read through each section. This should bring it all together.
There are many more details floating in my head, and I am looking forward to coming together with a creative team to bring all of them to the table. What I have here is just a start. I am open and looking forward to creative ideas that can enhance this creation.
Please keep in mind, the way the site looks now is in no way a reflection of the final outcome. This site was put up for all of you, in hopes that you feel the call to come forth and be a part of this unique avenue to create an experience.
If you feel the passion to help after you read through this, but feel that you don’t have the expertise needed, there is another way that will be of great service. Use your voice. If you will share this with as many people as you can, someone will know someone else, and as everything is always in perfection, the right people will be guided here.
DISCRIPTION OF GRAPICS NEEDED
3D and/or 4D Graphics are needed to create each room:
First there will be 12 rooms representing the major religions. Each of these rooms will have the structural surroundings of the religion it represents in the most real time atmosphere possible. Because there is much diversity, and there are many aspects within each religion, so there will be a need to allow choices once the guest arrives in this basic room.
I have a couple of ideas regarding how to accommodate as many divisions as possible.
1) Give guests the opportunity to create a familiar surrounding with choices of altar pieces, deities, icons, music, etc.
2) Have a variety of preset altars and surroundings that they can choose from.
In each of these rooms there will be an entrance that will bring them to the center of the Sanctuary. This entrance will be found in every room of the Sanctuary.
Each room will have a door to an area where they can get information about that religion, and links for more information if they choose to learn more.
Each room will have an entrance to their own forum, a re-entrance to the rotunda, and a source of exit.
In the entrance hall, there needs to be doors to the following areas, which also need to be graphically designed :
A meditative garden, hosting ponds with gold fish, streams, and other running water, where they will feel the serenity and peace of being in an actual garden. It will be wonderful to add a virtual labyrinth, where they can get the feeling of walking through it.
A general forum, where guests can connect with each other and discuss their thoughts and feelings.
An auditorium, where upon entering, they view seating and a stage area with curtains that open. This area will be used for live broadcasts, and for a variety of events. Once an event starts, the room disappears and the screen becomes the stage.
The front doors need to be drawn in 3D so they virtually open from, and back into the rotunda.
Again, there are many more details but I hope this gives you a idea of what is needed.
VISUAL DISCRIPTION FOR PROGRAMMERS
As I described above, the Sanctuary needs to be programmed for a full screen, with no title and no address bars. In the Graphic artist’s section I explained the various rooms that will be in the Sanctuary. Most everything will need flash or another type of programming so guests get the feeling of moving from room to room.
They need to have the capability to choose items, and then be able to place those items on altars and in other areas of the rooms. Once the graphics are ready, programmers may have a better idea of how everything will all move in harmony. The programmers then will know what programs are needed for it all to work.
In the meditative garden, ponds with gold fish and streams need to appear to have motion. The visitors should have the ability to move around the garden and to walk through the labyrinth at a meditative pace.
Programming for an auditorium is needed, where the stage can become a platform for live broadcasts of speakers, musicians, and spiritual movies. I am hoping it can also become a virtual chat room for teachers or speakers. Maybe another room will be needed if the auditorium can’t be transformed into a chat area.
My hope is that the virtual chat can be graphically designed to blend in with the room, as not to look like a normal chat box sitting in the center of the screen.
The most important room is the center of the Sanctuary, which is the Heart and Soul of the whole creation. Without this room, the Sanctuary will just be another site for people to go to.
This room is where the most creative programming may be needed. It will be a room where an unlimited amount of people can enter and experience it at the same time. A candle will light when anyone enters. There will be walls of candles acknowledging the presence of others with them. The guests; however, will not know each others’ identities or spiritual preferences. There are a few ways to experience the room once it is entered:
1) They can sit in silence with the simplicity of the candles. Or they may add the music of their choice.
2) They can experience the walls of candles and a streaming video or slide show, showing photos of all the beautiful places and creations here on Earth. Another idea is of another streaming video or slideshow of faces changing, from one to another, including all nationalities, ages, and gender.
3) The visitors may bring with them, all of their altar pieces and items of choice. This may help to give them a feeling of the comfort of familiar surroundings in an otherwise uncharted area. These items could fade to transparency, so they are still slightly visible as the video or whatever we create begins.
The music, the visuals, and everything in this room are there to support an opening of Love. Some will feel uncomfortable while experiencing the immense Love when entering and experiencing the Oneness of our Hearts and it is important to help them feel safe. Giving them a few choices may help ease that newness. The main point is, that they are all in one room with an opportunity to meet in the place where we are all the same.
The center of the Sanctuary is where an actual experience of the Heart has the opportunity to take place. It is hard to explain what will transpire when this happens without setting up expectations. If I was to say that they will actually have an experience once they get there, I might sound insane and arrogant. However, it is most probable that this is exactly what will happen once they allow their hearts to open, and they allow themselves to feel.
All I can say that might help others to understand is this: In “Field of Dreams” it was said, “If you build it they will come.” The ball players came once the field was built, and what took place could only be seen by those who believed. This isn't a movie script. This is a real tangible experience, that I trust in the deepest part of who I am, will transpire once the Sanctuary is built. This Sanctuary is being built on faith and trust, letting go of any doubt that something like this can happen.
The never faltering knowingness of what will transpire once this is created, has been sitting with me for five years. Ever so patiently, this has been waiting for Thy time and not my time. The creation of the Sanctuary has been waiting for me to finally let go of all my fears and allow my willingness, my trust and my dedication to open the doors and invite you in.
RELIGION RESEARCHERS NEEDED
There will be a need for basic information regarding each religion, brief descriptions of the history, rituals, pilgrimages, mythologies, etc. I have examples that can be used as guidelines that might be followed so we can provide a little information about each religion.
